I used Andrew for a refinance. Even though it wasn’t my first refi (and I am a Realtor), the process is still tense with the potential for big mistakes. Andrew was always answered my questions promptly and intelligently. He was on top of everything, even if it duplicated the Title Company’s efforts to ensure the process went as smoothly as possible. After my first refinance 15 years ago, the original lender never issued a satisfaction of mortgage. How I refinanced two more times since then stumped Andrew, the Title Company and myself but together we rectified it painlessly within days and closing went off without a hitch.
